Andy Bauer is a regional economist at the Baltimore Branch of the Richmond Fed. In addition to following the national economic outlook, he monitors the Fifth District economy with a special focus on Maryland and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. He also regularly speaks on national and regional economic conditions to academic groups, business associations, and civic organizations.

Brad Dickerson has been Chief Financial Officer of Under Armour, Inc. since February 2008 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer.  Mr. Dickerson oversees Under Armour's financial organization and leads the financial operations, reporting, budgeting and forecasting teams and also on strategic investments in infrastructure designed to build the platform for long-term growth.  He served as Vice President of Accounting & Finance of Under Armour, Inc. from February ... 2006 to February 2008. He joined Under Armour in July 2004 as Corporate Controller.  Mr. Dickerson served as Chief Financial Officer of Macquarie Aviation North America from January 2003 to July 2004.  From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Dickerson was with Network Building & Consulting and served as its Chief Financial Officer from 1998 to 2003.

Anirban Basu is Chairman & CEO of Sage Policy Group, Inc., an economic and policy consulting firm in Baltimore, Maryland.  Mr. Basu is one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s most recognizable economists, in part because of his consulting work on behalf of numerous clients, including prominent developers, bankers, brokerage houses, energy suppliers and law firms.  On behalf of government agencies and non-profit organizations, Mr. Basu has written several high-profile economic development strategies, including co-authoring Baltimore City’s economic growth strategy. In recent years, he has focused upon health economics, the economics of education and economic development.  He currently lectures at Johns Hopkins University in micro-, macro- and international economics.

Mr. Basu earned his B.S. in Foreign Service at Georgetown University in 1990.  He earned his Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, and his Master’s in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.  His Juris Doctor was earned at the University of Maryland School of Law in 2003.
