The Financial Managers Society, Inc. (FMS) has 1,500 national members that are CFO's CEO's, COO's, Treasurers, Controllers, Investment Officers, and Internal Auditors from banks, thrifts, and credit unions.  The FMS offers premier education and information to the financial services industry, providing various forums for the exchange of information from regulatory to accounting policy-setting bodies, and providing members with opportunities for technical, personal and leadership growth and development.  Please visit the Financial Managers Society's web site at http://www.fmsinc.org for additional information.

The Maryland Chapter of the Financial Managers Society was formed in 1952 to study, promote and professionally develop practice in operations, systems procedures, financial management, accounting, auditing and data processing.  The Maryland Chapter of the Financial Managers Society meets 7-8 times per year.  Two of the meetings are our annual golf tournament and Maryland style crab feast, with the rest business/educational meetings.  CPE credits can be earned by attending our business/educational meetings.

Membership in The Maryland Chapter of the Financial Managers Society for financial institutions, accounting firms and data service providers is $35 per year.  An affiliate membership for providers of products and services to financial institutions is $55 per year.  Members receive discounted pricing for each of our business/educational meetings.  Local chapter membership helps us with our planning and budget, which enables us to put on better programs/events, and provide better speakers.  Local chapter membership would also allow you to become an officer of The Maryland Chapter of the Financial Managers Society.  For more information on membership see the contact us page or click on the link below to download a membership application (you will need Adobe Reader to view the .pdf file):
